Employee Code of Conduct
The Falk Group’s Code of Conduct sets out the values and principles that guide our business relationships and shape how we work together at Losan Pharma. It reflects our social responsibility towards our employees, society and our business partners.
Understanding and following our Code of Conduct helps ensure that our business activities meet the highest ethical, legal and professional standards.
Supply Chain Responsibility
For us, sustainability is not just about meeting legal requirements but also about actively shaping a responsible and future-oriented way of doing business.
Together with our parent company, we fully comply with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) and are transparent about the measures we take. Fostering a trustworthy and ethically sound relationship with our suppliers is essential.
With our Supplier Code of Conduct, we encourage partners in the supply chain to adhere to established principles in human rights, occupational health and safety, business ethics, environmental protection, and security.
